Huile d’Amour (oil-based) contains no water, so it does not have a measurable pH and won’t directly alter vaginal acidity the way some water-based products can. Oil-based formulas are generally well tolerated externally, but they are not compatible with latex condoms and may not be ideal for those highly prone to recurrent BV or yeast sensitivity.
